The Lighthouse Philosophy

Lighthouse Healing was created with the philosophy of promoting healing and wellness for each of our clients. We believe that a Mind - Body - Spirit connection is essential to this process. We treat each person as a whole, allowing for a fuller, more specific picture -- which empowers both the practitioner and the client to facilitate healing in the most effective way.

Healing begins from within.

How She Got Started

Kara's interest in massage began in 1999, when her husband became ill with a gastrointestinal condition called Crohn's Disease. Instinctively, Kara turned to massage to help him with pain management. Without any formal training, she relied on a healthy dose of intuition, love, and a clear intention to assist with healing. In doing so she found her calling.
